Baan Rom Mai – B2

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with both a dining table, a working table and sofa group. It also offers a large terrace with panoramic view of the Andaman Sea. The interior has a high quality finish, air conditioning, hot/cold showers, microwave oven, a blender for fresh shakes and/or smoothies and a large fridge/freezer.

WiFi with a fast internet-connection and satellite tv is included in the rent, as well as gardening and weekly cleaning. However electricity and cleaning upon check out are not included in the rent. Normal consumption for the house is around 150 thb/day and is based on a meter upon check-in and check-out.

The house can be rented with or without it's 26 sq.m. guest studio apartment. The studio has a bedroom, a bathroom (with hot/cold shower) and a fully equipped kitchenette. The price for renting the house excluding the studio is stated in the price list below.

The house is on a hill slope one kilometer from the beach and seven kilometers from both Saladan and Klong Nin.

There is a infinity-edge swimming pool next to the house which is perfect for cooling in during hot days. Access to the pool is shared together with guests at house B1.
